.Size and angle of the stencil holder are precisely controlled by
software to allow operator to set the position of the X Y and 0 easily.
PCB is secured by vacuum and supported by pins for positioning
accuracy;
.Two cameras,one on the top and one on the bottom,
simultaneously capture the images of the stencil and the PCB
fiducial mark,Combined with self developed high speed mark point
recognition and positioning technologies to achieve high printing
precision;
· Automatically reset after changing a different stencil and PCB to
minimize setup time;
· Automatically adjusts the conveyor width for different PCB,reduce
PCB changing time to a minimum
