Machine process capability
The oven is capable of 3 different profile/applications, such as
conformal coating, bondply and SMT lead free applications.
Conformal coating curing- machine shall be set to required set point
to get 165 deg C+- 2 deg C profile temperature. Product output shall be 20
minutes. Only top heater shall be “ON”, blowers and bottom heaters are
“OFF”. Product is PCB.
Bondply- the oven shall be set to desire setting to reach 200 deg C +-
2 deg C profile temperature. Product shall be heat sink with power transistor.
Will turn “ON” both bottom and top heaters.
SMT Lead free- Set the machine to get desire setting for lead free
application. Both top and bottom heater shall be turn “ON”.

TOP (4 tubes/zone 500W per tube total 2KW each zone )
Blowers can be turn on & off
